Our experience through Visit-Pompeii.com was outstanding, from our first email contact through to the end of our tour. This was a very comprehensive tour -- our fun and knowledgeable guide Anna met us in the lobby of our hotel in Sorrento, and took care of us through the ferry trips, open cab ride up to Anacapri, chair lift ride, walking tour, funicular down to the Marina, boat ride around the island, etc. She provided great information and suggestions, but also let us have time on our own just to wander -- and then accompanied us clear back to our hotel lobby. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Capri, and the reservation process via email was smooth and responsive (thanks Roberto!). Highly recommend.
